i looked it up on wikipedia and still didnt understand.

wait. so only the inside is edible? But it said the inside has little nutritional value, but its high in antioxidants huh?

im very confused now
i’ve had mangosteen on a visit to india in the state of karnataka, it has a hard black covering and its filled with 5 or more white sacs , which tastes like diluted lemonade. not much, but atleast i had a fruit few had even heard about.

I have a very large pomegranate tree and would like to take cuttings instead of wating for seeds to grow. How would I do this?
i dont think that works, i think you have to plant the seeds.

I’ve read the Mangosteen health experiences and stories which seem to give a lot of hope for improving health and well being. There’s no input on which Mangosteen juice really works the best so I am not sure which brand to purchase. I wish there was a consumer report on Mangostee juice so any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. If you have any health stories with mangosteen juice that you would like to share please do. Thanks!
You’re better off taking mangosteen in pill form as the juice mostly uses the inner "meaty" portion of the fruit whereas the pill form uses the rind which contains the highest concentration of the Xanthones(antioxidants).

How long being on the Acai Berry diet pill do you start seeing results?

I’ve been on the acai berry diet pill for around 5 days now. I’m just wondering how long it takes till you begin to lose weight or see results? Anybody whose started these pills or experienced with them maybe you can help me answer this question?
I would just like to know from Personal experience. Nothing from internet pages please. thank you
If you are really looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn’t enough just by itself.
It’s a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won’t really result in weight loss.
I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program.
